These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Love, Lizah website and any purchases made through it. Love, Lizah is a brand operated by Coastal Narrative LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

Products & Orders

All of our products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, fabric placement, stitching, shape, sizing, and other details are a natural part of the process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time an order is placed. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Coastal Narrative LLC d/b/a Love, Lizah is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather events, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to those terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product designs, illustrations, logos, graphics, text, branding, product names, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Coastal Narrative LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Our products are made with quality materials and intended to be enjoyed as designed. Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by infants or young children. Customers are responsible for inspecting products before each use and discontinuing use if signs of damage or excessive wear are present. Coastal Narrative LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or failure to follow any care instructions provided.
